Battery won't charge

I'm on my second one and have the same problem. Won't charge, I could leave it charging for 2 days and still isn't charged.

Got Beat

This printer is an upgrade to another one I have. After I got it I found it had a problem printing pictures. What could I do. Nothing, I got beat.
