Looked great. Too bad.
0 of 1 found this helpful I bought this for my sister who had foot surgery. No water for quite awhile! This first time she used it following directions VERY carefully. The bottom of her foot got WET. We had to go to the doctor immediately to have it re-wrapped! Sorry it did not work. Very sorry. I assume there is a whole in the bottom. That water did not come from the top.

This stuff is very nice.
It is very nice gets all the lashes. Not clumpy and easy to apply.
