My only con is the way it fits in the ear
5 of 5 found this helpful The only problem is the way it fits in your ear. I'm always thinking that I put it wrong in my ear. Everything else is great. Sound quality, software, responsiveness to your touch, etc. The noise cancellation is just a gimmick.
