Gothic goodness

Old-school gothic romance is what Knoll excels at. An easy, rainy day read. The comfort food of books. Also can recommend the authors other book, "Lost Lady of Hathaway Manor". I keep them in my overnight bag for a regular favorite when I travel.

Recipes from around the world, vegan style.

Interesting for an adventurous palate and for someone with the time to explore with different flavors. A few ingredients aren't really available in my area of the US (to be expected) but most are obtainable , but I'm enjoying the experience. Well written and exciting.

Really well done, compelling, and it's a perfect companion to any Dorothy L. Sayers biography or her works.
