The tyre puncture repair kit I ordered is as described in the advert. Unfortunately the tube of adhesive was missing from the box. I messaged the seller notifying them. They replied straight away, they were very apologetic and helpful. I was given a choice of options, return the item or a very generous partial refund. I opted for the partial refund which was refunded instantly, no waiting. Amazing customer service, fully recommend seller
