It was the fault of poor packaging and the use of little to no bubble wrap. I contacted the seller and gave ample opportunities to work out a deal because one screen got damaged and would not turn on. Seller refused to be cooperative and made no attempt to remedy the situation. Picture of how $1000 of electronics were package are attached. I would look elsewhere before spending a large deal of money on any marine items here.

Too loose
The rotating end has no way to tighten it, and since the TV is on the boat it keeps rotating left and right. also the other joints are still loose no matter how hard you tighten those bolts.
