Great Jars!
These amber jars are as close to perfect as a canning jar can get., Theyt're the usual, high quality you'd expect from Ball, and the amber glass cuts a lot of the uv light, so things store in stay fresh longer. And the amber color is so pretty.

trap doesn't fool smart snails
I guess my snails were too smart to fall for the trap. even worse, they're laying eggs On Top Of It!
There is a video of a guy using it in his aquarium and it got LOTS of snails overnight. I've had mine in the tank for 3 days and it had trapped 2 but it looks like one of them found a way out.
It probably would work in a larger tank. Gonna give it to my son so he can try it in his very large aquarium. My set ups are both live planted nano tanks (5 and 2 gallons).
I so wished it had worked, now I'm back to trying to find a super hungry assassin snail or yoyo loach.
