Scrapple: A Hard-to-Find Product
Habbersett Scrapple is a fine example of this specialty product. It cooks up easily and is delicately spiced. The one pound loaves are convenient to store in freezer or meat drawer of refridgerator. Goes well with eggs or pancakes. A real taste of my beloved Pennsylvania (The scrapple is made in Delaware, but I'll allow it!).
