What a joke
It's flimsy and to small to able to use with adult size hands. It has no power all parts are difficult to handle. It shouldn't have been sold even by Singer

Everything went gret except for the hook up.
It wasn't hard to hook up to the tv but to get it programed to the remote and how to work the remote were a different story. No directions on how to use the remote so I had to get some tech support. Not hard then

I repeatedly told them I didn't want it but they kept hounding me. Very poor sales communication
