Followed their guidelines and measured, but cannot get zipper to work.
I did the measuring to make sure I ordered the correct size, but I can't get it to work correctly. When I pull up on the zipper, it doesn't thread the teeth together. I am disappointed because I looked into the different options and looked at feedback and ratings. I really liked that there was a guide to figure out what sized to order, but am frustrated because I followed that guide and I can get the zipper to work.
