1 of 1 found this helpful we travel, have not had the chance to see if it operates, which is what i am very unconfortable the return policy, because if i load it up, just to test it, the ink will remain in the printer, and it my dry up. no everyone open and uses the merchandise they use right away. wheather it works or not should be the main concern. for example, if i but 6 sets of ink, should i open and install every set to see if it works, then remove them and just leave them open to the air until i need it. WRONG methods
