Dangerous
The USB ports only give 2 amps, not 4.8 as advertised, and the AC outlet has an open ground on it. This creates obvious hazards, and I wouldn't recommend anyone buying or using this inverter.

Good, safe, but doesn't work with a lighter
This is a very well-made, high quality inverter. The outlets are safely grounded to the vehicle chassis, and there is no ground fault circuit interrupter, so if you need to use industrial appliances like ozone generators, they will work properly. The one caveat is that it does not have a cigarette lighter socket. You can plug in a 12v appliance, but a lighter will not work.

No ground fault protection
The "universal" style outlet is not properly grounded, and the holes are big enough that you could put your finger inside by accident.
