There are better and upto date models out there.

you can no longer update, the scanner with the computer because the links are not there, supposedly the plant got hit by a tornado about 5 years ago, and ever since they say oh we will be back up in a couple weeks, well they been saying that for a few years now. so the only way to program this is to use the data base that came with the scanner, but I am assuming its fairly old, or program it by hand, which is very complicated.
