  It was broken tv didn't turn on waiting on my replacement, he or whom ever was a good enough person, he said he would ship it out the day I had spoken just waiting on update. I didn't want a refund I just wanted another tv, so I asked as I told this person a refund or tv he or she said they would replace it no need to be mean to the vendor they do this for a living, iam going to stay with this vendor buy more stuff when I get paid.
