My watch wasn’t keeping time, and I had messaged them. The seller told me to check with my watchmaker, and as I had sent them the invoice to what i was about to pay, to the tune of more than what I paid for the watch, he sent me a rolling eyes emoji. It has taken multiple times for me to contact them, they haven’t reimbursed me for sending me a non functional watch and they don’t deserve my business.
