  Seller sent the wrong item, which is totally acceptable, mistakes happen. However, then wanted me to send the incorrect item to the other buyer and became extremely petulant and unhelpful when I said I'd rather deal through eBay returns. I was happy to try and purchase the correct item again once all returned, but instead seller sold the item for the price I paid elsewhere, but was kind enough to give me a 15 minute window to try and repurchase. Seller was rude and unhelpful throughout

  Vessal was wonderful from start to finish. My son had lost his Jellycat just days before Christmas. Having messaged Vessel they had a replacement Jellycat that looked exactly like my sons. Vessel sent it in the post the same day and went above and beyond for us. They didn't even ask for additional postage funds despite it being sent 24hr tracked. My son is over moon and so happy.
