    Though the listing on this item indicated that the chain was repaired, it did not indicate what the repair was or that there are several areas within the chain where the links are not a consistent, oxidized color. Had this information been clearly articulated in the listing, my decision to purchase may have been different. Now I have an item that cannot be returned and will cost me even more to address. Transparency is crucial in this environment.

    This is my first (and I hope only) negative feedback and I am so sad that the buyer had a bad experience and did not reach out to me. The discoloration I can only guess is just natural metal oxidizing, as the chain was completely replaced (excluding the extender part) and 100% brand new and of high quality. I reached out to the buyer and received no response.
