Blue Rub it away!
Sciatic pain was giving me grief, I used Blue Rub and within a minute of two the ache had subsided and my movement was easier.
But make sure you wash your hands thoroughly after rubbing it in, it’s not pleasant in cuts or elsewhere it can transfer from your hands.
I’ve recommended this to my neighbour and my son.
