Got it to work easily.
Everything was great with this product, except it was not an exact fit for my 08 f250. A small plastic tab had to be removed in order for the mirror to snap into place. Once this was determined and removed ( by comparing to the other side mirror ) it snapped into place and worked properly. I loved the price compared to new.
