    The item itself was excellent as described. However, the shipping was the slowest shipping I’ve ever had. You cannot ship an item like this (something needed by people in every day life) and take several days to even take item to the post office. We had no hot water through this whole wait.

    The Rheem Burner was sold on July 4th, a national holiday with the post office closed on the day. The Burner was carefully packaged and shipped on July 5th in the morning, less than 24hrs from the point of sale. I did not take several days to take the item to the post office! Since you are located in California and I am in Ohio translates to a longer ship time. However, the burner was delivered on July 9th, which is really good for USPS. Tried to request feedback revision, no answer!

Nicely designed drain protector that works
This drain protector does the job, keeps the hair out of the old tub drain! Tried other drain protectors but they did not work as good as this one. It is a nice design, the metal piece at the top has enough weight that it keeps the silicone strainer in place. Nicely done, thank you.

Great replacement for broken Ceramic Heater Block covers
These parts are nice replacements for the stock Ceramic Heater Block covers with the insulating tape. I printed several parts since installing them and printer works fine. Warning: be prepared to disassemble the whole heater block assembly! Look at online instruction video to see what it takes to add these silicone heater blocks. This is not an easily replaceable part since the thermocouple, extruding nozzle and filament feeds into this block. So, you must remove these parts from the block. Also, I happened to have the alignment tool they describe in the video! If you don't have it, I suggest you either print one off or purchase one. You will need it! And you will have to re-level your build plate afterwards. Suggestion: while you're at it you might as well soak your nozzles in acetone to clean them out. With time ABS material builds up inside the nozzle. Soaking it and cleaning it with thin wire helps. End product looks and works great.
