  This seller is Fraudulent and doing unethical business. I never received the item. I ordered a toaster oven. After I contacted Ebay the seller sent me an empty package that was only 2" by 3" in size to give Ebay the illusion that they sent the item. Ebay refunded me so the seller got paid and Ebay lost. This practice is a loss for everyone, be aware.

  Im sorry to hear that you had a bad experience here on ebay, but I don't believe we were the sellers that sold you a toaster oven? We don't sell toaster ovens or have any order from you regarding a toaster over! Sorry, I think you have the wrong seller!

  I purchased the Leve Luk machine and due to various reasons I had to return it. Let me tell you from before purchasing it and post returning it - the customer service was excellent and top notch.
