Unbelievably loyal to the original. Just amazing.
I absolutely love this controller. It looks and feels IDENTICAL to my real Saturn controller from the 90s. The d-pad looks like it might have a super slight difference in the molding (the little diagonal arrows might be a slightly different size?) but it might just be that my other controller is worn down.
Everything else about it is literally identical - button feel, size, texture, and even the colors are an exact match. I know I shouldn't be so surprised by this, but I still can't believe it exists in the capacity it does. If you need a Saturn gamepad for your PC, this is almost certainly the most authentic thing of its kind you're ever going to find.
There's something truly awe-inspiring about being able to play these games with the intended controller instead of, say, an Xbox controller or a Dualshock 4. It completely changes the experience on a foundational level. The improvement in the experience you will have playing games with it is IMMEDIATELY noticeable, and absolutely essential for Saturn enthusiasts.
I saw someone complain about the cable on this being too long, and I honestly can't wrap my head around that. The fact that it's ~10ft long is a genius move in my opinion. If you like playing your games on a couch, you'll be EXTREMELY grateful for it. Cannot tell you how many times had to buy extension cables for controllers just because they didn't have the necessary length for me to sit anywhere except at my desk. Like, man, just use a rubber band if it's too long for your setup... Come on. Hahaha.
Anyway, I also just want to say I really adore the box design. They really went all-out on the "authenticity" factor here, even the box is near-identical to the original original North American packaging. It'll be on display in my living room pretty much indefinitely.
Part of me can't believe Sega gave them the license to make this an official product, but the controller is just SO good that I truly can't help but feel gleeful about the partnership.
One thing I'd like to mention in case you ever have trouble getting it to register inputs with your games/programs/etc, I highly recommend that Windows users grab XOutput for converting the inputs from DirectInput to XInput, since most stuff tends to cooperate better with it that way. It's an issue with Windows & the apps themselves, though - totally not the fault of the controller itself. Retroarch thankfully doesn't seem to have this issue, but as for SSF... well, all I have to say is "🙄". Hehe.
Also, the fact that this controller works not just with PC/Mac but also PS3, Switch and Genesis Mini is so awesome. Just a fantastic product.

Such a cool product! Perfect for modding or even just connecting a USB mouse/keyboard to your console (apparently!)

One big tip: if you can't find a flash drive with USB 1.1 support (as the Xbox requires), try using an old MicroSD card + USB reader instead. Good luck! Go play some bad Xbox imports! Do it for me!
