You are getting exact what is described

The device I would not considered to be remanufactured as thenbatteries hold only about 20 minutes of charge. That is in addition two the spare headset being setup for a different system and having to be reset tonfactory before it could be used. That said the device was as described. Used and including batteries which had been previously used. The kit did include all headset adapters, a spare headset, carrying case.and ear gels. Still a value after purchasing a new set of batteries. The only complaint I have is the batteries. It would have been better to not included them than to take away value from an otherwise good zdeal.
