Works really well.
This works really well. My tub is half smooth and half pebbled and this sticks to both. And because if olds it easily parks on the low wall, the one yuo step over to get in.

No Workouts on this DVD
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this DVD on eBay. This DVD is nothing more than an infomercial. It explains the advantages of movement but there is no stretching workouts, just information. If you need a reason to do her workouts then you may like this. I saw her presentation on PBS and this repeats that.
