I installed in less than an hour. Decent install instructions but I found a YT video that was more usable and needed less re-reading of the print. The fit on my truck is next to perfect. It is seamless to the bed. I prefer the matte black versus high gloss (F1). I did not expect it to be waterproof, but yes for it to be water repellant. Fact is it is very water resistant; more than repellant if that makes sense. I was recently in FL during severe storms and flooding. I had very little water penetration -- literally at most a pint -- and that water drained thru my bed holes. The drain hoses that came standard are long and designed to accomodate floor drain holes. But I spliced mine so I could use the side wall drain holes which are just inches from the Bakflip drain valve. I also am pleased that during long drives in the storms the cover stayed secure, no rattling or ballooning from air pocket. The ease of opening and folding from the side is true to advertising. I cannot yet comment on its scratch resistance (favored the F1 for this but do not like high gloss finish). Except for hefty price, I love it so far.

Great product but expensive

This is among best foldable panel covers bc it folds to open the entire bed. Good quality product. Just quite expensive for the extra bed access. I have 2 trucks and this is my second bakflip. So although high priced, I bought for bakflip for reliability. Also easy to install.
