Can not recommend
It's made well enough, But he spring action is way to stiff to be of any use.
I did manage to bend the spring on mine to make it less stiff. If you do this you could also destroy it

Lightweight and quite shooting Handcrafted Traditional Longbow
1 of 1 found this helpful I have to say you can't beat this price for this Handcrafted Traditional Bow. I have old 30# and 50# Bows that are laminated with fiberglass and they are fine. Having a Longbow that is pretty similar to what our ancestors had is great. The Bow has nice shaping and is sanded smooth. It comes with a really nice Flemish Twist string that is already waxed. I have shot a lot of different bows and this Longbow is by far the quietest Bow I have ever shot, If your on the fence about buying this Longbow, Just look at the price and the fact your getting something that is made by modern craftsman the old fashion way and made in the United States which is hard to find these days.
