printed in 1939 hollywood made a movie about this book called man hunt in 1941 starring walter pidgeon and george sanders as the two male leads the female lead played by joan bennett. the book kept me in suspence. its a classic of the hunted trying to stay one step ahead of his hunters. its best read at one sitting but a few short breaks dosent detract from the suspence and thrills.and this book lives up to the old saying the book is better than the movie. jim

Its not for the birds
1 of 1 found this helpful I have been a fan of alfred hitchcock since first seeing lifeboat about47 years ago. I grew up with his tv series. I could not beleive this item when i found it. A great piece of movie memory from the birds and a tribute to the master of suspence. I hope they will do more hitchcock movie themed dolls in the future.

I really felt I knew both men....even though I was born 5 years after FDR and 31 after T R....Ken Burns brings history alive... bully as T R would say.....
