  The dies I received in the mail did not match the die set and were not the dies pictured in the ad. The seller did offer to have me mail back the items only after saying she did not believe me when I said I received the wrong product. I will not be purchasing anything from this seller again.

  After explaining the process I go through with listings I asked "Is it possible that you didn't get the die set out of the envelope when you opened it? I don't want to sound like I am not believing you. I just cannot understand what has happened." I did not ever say I didn't believe her and I never called her a liar. My listing clearly said "no returns" but under the circumstances I did say if she would return items, I would refund her. I DID try to make things right and said I was sorry.
