Product not acceptable, sorry.

The product appears to be a "second" by this I mean a product that does not have all the features of the original and does not perform at the same rate as the original. I do not know how this happened but the new tablet (I had one of the exact same model that was damaged) will not allow text messages to be received (feature) and when you touch the screen the response is so slow that you could use a watch to monitor the time between touch and response. Very disappointed indeed and will need to return if I can or buy something else as this particular item does me no god.
