Item did not have the typical sleeve over the box but was in the molded styrofoam with cardboard around it used for shipping. I can glue the coach back onto the wheels and the people onto the bench. Shipping was a little high for item but knew the at purchase. Only suggestion is to put packing inside the box around the item. Itsa great piece.I will pursue UPS claim. Thank you!

What I wanted
Exactly as stated. Works well, product was in good shape, no problems and only a few updates needed. You could see some wear, but nothing that wasn't expected.
