Daaang!!
3 of 3 found this helpful I used a different brand at 1000mg. So I took 2 the 1st time and went straight HULK in the gym. Lasted all day! I recommend using 1 pill until you get used to it. In one week, I feel a difference. Week 2, I feel stronger and went from benching 180lbs to 205lbs without feeling weak. Week 3 and 4, I'm feeling more solid and veins are starting to pop!! You MUST try this. I take 2 a day. Morning, hour before workout, and 30 min after workout. I'm about to up the dose month 2 to 2 pills before workout and leave it as that and see where it goes before month 3. I use only on workout days, 5 on, 2 off.

Nice heavy duty leather made to last. I play outside 3 wall, it has lasted through the scrapes of the concrete for a while. I wish they had padded ones for 4 wall.
