Flimsy, but it will work.

Works well for the price. The arms are made to grab an extremely thick tablet or e-reader. The grip area is over an inch thick. Also, the arm and suction cup shakes a lot if your tablet is marginally heavy. Mocked up with an iPad 1 and it shakes a lot while driving. But for the price, you get what you get.
