Good for general work at higher torques but would not trust on precise work at lower torques.
3 of 4 found this helpful It's a reasonable tool for not very precise work performs better at higher torque values, on precise work where you need to set exact torques I would not recommenced this tool. It is difficult to know the point of the correct torque setting as the set point indication is very vague, the click is not clear that's if you can hear or feel it at all and it does take time to get used to it. This has been mentioned by a number of users, at higher torques it is better. It is very easy to over torque at lower settings. I did not have confidence in this tool for tightening spark plugs. If you are tightening at lower settings I would say that you should under toque and workup to the correct value in small step to avoid over torqueing but really you should not have to do this. On the face of it is a reasonably priced torque wrench, but an expensive mistake considering that you cannot have confidence at lower settings. Invest in a better torque wrench for delicate work where mistakes can be costly.
