    Price we definitely right and their communication was very responsive. They packing was horrible. I am surprised the monitor made it in one piece. They didn't use the appropriate sized box, tons of empty space for the monitor to bounce around and barely protected with USPS padded envelopes. If you are buying something fragile, insist they pack it properly.

    I am giving a positive review because of the fact the monitors worked perfectly & are in pretty decent shape for the price. I would recommend however that the people in this company take a little more time in packaging their items which when I purchased the monitors from them I saw was one of the biggest complaints. When I receive the monitors & looked at the box I was surprised that the monitors were still in decent shape although the box look like it had went through World War II. Thank you
