Okay for home use but not for Official use
1 of 1 found this helpful I work from home 4 days a week so use this for office conference calls.
I have 2 issues with this :
a) headphone sound is too loud - but not crisp - more bass and less treble
b) the movable mic part has to be exactly in front of your mouth - little bit here & there it moves - I have people complaining on the other end that they hear me far away. Plantronics M214c was very good for this specific aspect
If you are using this for personal use - this has very good value for the money !
