I haven't finished this book yet, but it certainly offers some solutions to the energy crisis. I couldn't be bothered to plough through all the equations, but if they are true then north africa/arabia is about to make as much money from solar power as it ever did from oil. Plus we in the UK need to use our tides to generate power instead of worrying about flooding!

Not leather but do the job
I do a lot of bramble pulling so my ideal glove is thornproof pigskin, but i took a gamble on these faux leather ones and thus far they have been very good! They also enable me to handle mud without getting my hands wet - for a while. The gauntlets are a great comfort and the purple colour enables me to see them amid foliage/piles of gardening equipment. Very good for the price.

Genuine part for a very good vacuum cleaner
obviously it works fine - and better than the old one which split after about 14 years - for some reason it seems quieter too. Very good service from Barton Electrical
