Poor, cannot change the speed from miles to km per hour

Bought from New York, manuals only show kilometres (yes that is spelt correctly, not 'ers' as it is in USA) per hour but the dash cam is in Miles per hour and cannot be changed using the menu options. Most of the world uses the metric system unlike the USA. Just google which countries uses imperial and who uses metric, you will see what I mean. I have tried to contact HP online, but their web page options keep sending me back to the manual, which is no help.
