Glad I Found This Monitor For My Cats
4 of 4 found this helpful I got this monitor to perform my old cat's blood pressure readings at home. Untreated high blood pressure in cats can cause them to go blind...I know because I had a previous cat that had & did go blind. In additional to this monitor, I had to buy a smaller cuff (the cuff that comes with the monitor is too large for a cat's forearm) & an extension hose for that smaller cuff but all 3 things together work great. Most cats get too upset in the Vet's office to get an accurate blood pressure reading. I'm able to take my cat's while she's relaxing/dozing in her cat bed. I do 5 readings & then average those readings. My old cat is now on blood pressure meds & is doing great.
