Qnap for the Win!
I have been using various models of Qnap NAS systems for the last 8 years. They have proven great- with reliability much greater than the other makes and models on the market. The features and performance cannot be beat- FTP, Web Hosting, etc. etc!
I have only needed Qnap support once in the past- when I had a failed drive in a RAID 5 configuration. Support was top notch- and I migrated through the issue without data loss and even had a TECH remote into the machine for an hour or so while I had to run out. I am very pleased with the product- and the company as a whole! Information is plentiful online as there are many support forums with knowledgable users and up to the point, I haven't had a firmware upgrade cause any issues. Highly recommended!
