Perfect condition, ready to be used. Not 100% new but acceptable.

Good product, it was almost brand new with minor scratches. Battery is OK and the distance of usage is as the brand new (we have others at the office).

No way to pair it.

It was not paring with my old-base, I even called Plantronics Tech Support and after 1.5 hrs the technician said that this could be defective. I tried to pair it with another base that I purchased the same day on ebay and it didn't work (its headset was fine since I also tried to pair it with my first base just to double check and it was fine so: this one was defective). I tried switching batteries and no way. Bad product... it was in a perfect condition but never worked.
