My only real complaint was that I bought several puzzles that we already had, to get a few that we didn't have and one of the more expensive puzzles was the one that was broken.

  Thank you for the kind letter. The piece is lovely and much better in person, well packed, and as described. The shipping cost was very low - I live in Canada and the extremely low Canadian dollar saved almost $9.00. (about $6.00 lower than other sellers)
