Gorgeous Bokeh and Sharp Focus!
2 of 2 found this helpful If you're using an adapter and a crop sensor, this is the way to get a portrait lens on a budget! Manual focusing takes extra time, but the equivalent to buying a new lens like this for a Fujifilm mirrorless camera easily costs ten times as much.

Amazing Lightweight Portrait Lens
1 of 1 found this helpful As with every other Fujinon XF lens, the autofocus is fast, the images are crisp, and the focus peaking is easy to use. In terms of performance and image quality, I'd put this pretty close to an 85mm f/1.4 Sigma Art Lens. The main difference is that this lens weighs in at 405g, while the art lens packs a wallop at 1,130g. With the Fuji version, you're carrying less than half of the weight, and for long days of shooting, that makes a huge difference. It amazes me that this lens is actually a bit cheaper than the Sigma equivalent.
