A classic with its own personality
1 of 1 found this helpful You can’t really go wrong with this classic. I like the case shape that gives it its own personality. The original rubber bracelet isn’t very comfortable but it’s easy to find a nice replacement. The movement keeps accurate time enough. It would be nice if it was hand-winding but if you wear the watch a lot it’s no issue.

Useful tool
Totally changed the difficult winding experience I had with the recessed crown on an Omega. Make sure you get the right size. This item is too small for a Moonwatch for example but ok for smaller crowns.
Caution: the tool requires oil and the surfaces touching the watch were full of nasty oil residue. So clean up a bit before use. The pusher is nevertheless sometimes hard to operate despite all the oil used. So not a perfect item but for the price it’s a good compromise and again, it makes winding incredibly easy, you won’t believe it.

Back to the race track
This iteration of the Speedy brings the legend back to the race track with modern tech and incredible flair in a more compact 40mm format. The rubber bracelet insures a perfect and ultra-comfortable fit. From the snap date change, the clou de Paris adorned sub-dials, the efficient anti-reflective crystal sapphire glass, to the co-axial escapement and silicone hairspring, everything breathes quality. This COSC-certified watch is very accurate and the chrono is crisp. Impossible not to love it, hard to fault it in any way. Watch snobs beware, this is an incredible value proposition.
