  AVOID BUYER! Claimed they received a controller and button didn’t work. Advised buyer to return item, they refused and demanded a refund. One of buyer’s messages after refusing to return, “Let me know if you can pay me a repair of at least 30 dollars refund if not I will open a case with ebay thank you”. This feels like extortion since I have clearly advised the buyer, three times, that I would accept the return. I even advised the buyer that I pay for the return shipping and again, refusal.
