  I “won” this item in auction. I had a max bid of $188.30 plus shipping. I “won” it at $140 plus shipping. I was never contacted by the seller stating that the reserve was not met but I paid within minutes thinking that I had purchased the item. I contacted looking for tracking info 8 days later that’s when I was notified that reserve was not met and they were asking for more money. If they contacted me within 24 hours to say that, I would have paid. Saying they haven’t received funds either
