  I received this in a reasonable amount of time but I get it in a manilla envelope with the mechanism stem poked through all the way past the threaded area. I sent him a photo to advise him of the shipping issue, did not ask for a refund as it seems to be working, but I don’t get a reply so he gets a neutral with mediocre feedback, didn’t have to be that way, all I wanted was an acknowledgment. Nice doing business with you never again.

  The item is what I was expecting. it was just as described but it was shipped in a soft sided package with the hour hand and minute hand protruding out the side of the package. it should’ve been shipped in a small box. other than that I am very pleased with the item.
