  I'm a long time customer for MANY years and I never had issues- until now. A lot of oil I had recently purchased spilled during shipping. I sent photos and contacted this seller. NO RESPONSE. I called their office and left a message. This seller leaves a phone number as feedback and does not have the decency to respond. I ended up opening an Ebay case and they still did not respond. I sent the item back and Ebay refunded me and still received no response. A once good seller has gone BAD! FFF
