Who says you have to lower your expectations and buy china junk? This well built, hand crafted in America item is well worth the price. Attention to each and every detail is reminiscent of the days of when we took real pride in all products, no matter how big or small, produced here in the good old United States of America. Far superior to the garbage any of those communist Chinese scumbags flood the market with.

OK battery... but DOES NOT fit UV-5RA

Battery charged OK. Looks to be of good quality. However unable to test because it DOES NOT fit the Baofeng UV-5RA as originally advertised. Therefore I cannot test and comment on it's performance.
