    Egotistical blowhard
    Some of the travelogue was interesting but the author was not my cup of tea.I can understand why his newspaper stopped printing his stories.I was ready to toss it into the trash can after 100 pages but i trudged thru it after paying the price of admission.A much better read is "blue highways by william least heat-moon".
