No pads
Very comfortable and cool but be aware they don't come with pads! If pads were included, I'd give them 5 stars.

2nd Time Around
Had this book years ago. Not only a great read but literally changed my life!! Years later depression hit and I self medicated thru a terrible diet. Back on track now and bought the book again!! It's not just a self help book... it's a story that helps you feel and look better.
